My item arrived damaged
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge. Please include photos of damage, packaging, and mailing label so we can file an insurance claim on the package.
My item is not as expected
Please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement. If the replacement item is more than your original item, we will apply the original purchase price as credit towards the replacement.
When will I receive my replacement?
Replacement items are prioritized in our production queue and will be shipped as soon as possible using the same shipping method as the original order.
Exchanges and refunds
Return the item to us in unused condition for store credit or a refund to your original payment method. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
