- Orders requesting proofs will not be produced until the proof is approved, which may lead to delays in receiving in your order. Orders may not be modified or cancelled after the proof is approved.
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering.
- Please contact us with your order number to expedite your request.
- Orders are produced in the order they’re received in the stated production time on each listing, typically 1-3 business days. During periods of high demand production time on some products may be extended. Please see individual listings for production times.
- We ship all products via USPS or UPS.
- We only ship to US states and territories. No international shipping at this time.
- Delivery time is typically 3-6 days with standard shipping.
- For time sensitive orders please use UPS for guaranteed delivery times.
My item got marked “delivered” but I have not received it
Shipping carriers are responsible for marking the package as “delivered”. Occasionally orders may get delivered to the wrong location (neighboring home or business, for example) or get marked delivered prematurely. In either case, please allow another business day for the item to arrive.
If the item still does not show up please contact us to get a replacement order going for you. We’ll work with the carriers to file a claim on the missing package while your replacement item is being processed.
My item was sent back to you
Packages may returned to us by the carriers if:
- The address is incomplete or invalid (missing apartment/suite, incorrect formatting)
- The addressee is no longer there (old address, moved, business closed)
If the order was returned to us due to an issue with the shipping address provided with the order, the customer is responsible for paying the postage on the second shipment. We will send you an invoice or custom item for the postage.
My shipping address is incorrect but the package has already been shipped
Some packages may be intercepted prior to delivery. Package intercepts may extend the original delivery estimate and incur additional handling fees and postage. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to get it sorted out.
